Refund Policy

01Free Plan

Vorix offers a free plan so you can fully evaluate the Service before deciding to upgrade. We encourage you to use the free plan to confirm that Vorix meets your needs prior to purchasing a Pro subscription.

02Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until your subscription expires. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law.

To cancel, manage your subscription through the billing portal accessible from your account, or contact support.

03Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Accidental purchase — if you were charged unintentionally and contact us within 7 days of the charge.
  • Technical failure — if a significant technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing Pro features for an extended period and we were unable to resolve it in a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.

04Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the subscription has been in use.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Usage of the Service beyond normal personal use.
  • Platform changes outside our control that affect specific features.

05How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@getvorix.com within 7 days of the charge. Include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The date of the charge.
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

06Payment Provider

All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. In some jurisdictions, Paddle may also be required to process refund requests directly. Please refer to Paddle's terms for further information.
