Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vorix (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Vorix is a creator productivity tool that allows users to save and access online media references from supported public platforms. The Service processes links you provide and facilitates the retrieval of publicly available content to support personal media workflows.

Vorix is available as a free plan with basic functionality and as a paid “Pro” subscription with expanded features. Supported platforms and features may change over time without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right, permission, or legal basis to save or use any content processed through Vorix.
• Complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform from which content is retrieved.
• Complying with all applicable copyright, intellectual property, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
• Any use you make of content saved through the Service.

Vorix is designed to support legitimate personal and professional media workflows. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they save is content they own, have licensed, or are otherwise authorized to use under applicable law or platform terms.

The Service must not be used to circumvent digital rights management (DRM) systems, to infringe copyright, or to reproduce content in violation of any applicable law or third-party terms of service.

The Pro plan is billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated rate until cancellation.

Pricing is subject to change. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.

The free plan is provided as-is and subject to usage limits, including:

• 3 downloads per 5-hour window
• Maximum output quality of 720p
• Single-link processing only
• History limited to 5 recent items

These limits may be adjusted at any time. No compensation is owed for changes to the free plan.

Pro subscribers receive expanded functionality including unlimited downloads, higher quality outputs, batch link processing, and unlimited history, subject to fair use and abuse protection measures described herein.

We reserve the right to apply hidden rate limits to prevent abuse and protect service stability for all users. These limits are not advertised and do not affect typical creator workflows.

Vorix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific platform support, or continued availability of any feature. Supported platforms and functionality may change without notice due to third-party platform changes, legal requirements, or operational decisions.

You may not use Vorix to:

• Process content you are not authorized to access or reproduce.
• Automate access in ways that burden our infrastructure (e.g., scripted bulk scraping).
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service or its outputs without authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Vorix brand, software, design, and associated intellectual property are owned by Vorix and its operators. Content retrieved through the Service remains the property of its respective owners. Vorix does not claim ownership of any third-party content processed through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vorix and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data, revenue, or content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
